PV Hospitality ULC Appoints Michael Graydon as President of Newly Formed Resort and Hospitality Company
Vancouver, BC – PV Hospitality ULC (the “Company”), a newly formed partnership between affiliates of Paragon Gaming, Inc. (“Paragon”) and 360 VOX Corporation (“360 VOX”), today announced the establishment of this new entity and the appointment of Michael Graydon as President, effective February 11, 2014.

Graydon will be responsible for managing the implementation of a strategic business development plan that will see PV Hospitality identify and operate destination resorts in North America and beyond. His first priority will be oversight and operations of Vancouver’s new world-class urban resort adjacent to BC Place.

Graydon leaves his position as President and CEO of BC Lottery Corporation following 6 years of proven leadership focused on innovation, creativity, strategic vision, effective communications and profit generation.
Under Graydon’s leadership is the new 675,000 sq.ft. (estimated) urban resort that will complement BC Place and create approximately 2,000 new jobs associated with the operation of the hotels, conference center, gaming facilities, restaurants, fitness center, spa and other facilities. Construction and development work will also create approximately 4,500 local jobs. Once opened, the new facility will generate an estimated $270M annually for the local economy through resort operations and annual visitor spending outside the resort.
